How do I cancel my monthly or annual Membership Trial?

To cancel your membership trial anytime, you can do so directly in your Library under Settings → Billing → Active Subscriptions or by emailing us at [email protected].

Your subscription will renew each month unless you cancel before the current billing period ends.

If you email to cancel and are charged your first membership payment before we are able to respond to your email, don't worry! We will automatically issue a refund based on the date of your email. 

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on any partial subscription periods, including subscriptions that were not canceled before the billing date.
