How do I redeem my gift or coupon code?
If you received a gift or coupon code, it should be included in an email from the sender.
To redeem it:
- Choose the offer or membership you’d like to activate.
- On the checkout page, enter your code into the “Discount or coupon code” box.
- The price will update automatically once the code is applied.
If you can’t find your code, no problem - just email us at [email protected] with:
- Your name
- Your email
- The name + email of the person who sent the gift
We’ll be happy to look it up for you so you can start accessing Commune's content!
